Great fries Fresh & crispy just the way we like it

I'm not one to write reviews but me and my fiance made a delivery order from this location. We paid online for our order. In no way are we obligated to pay a tip. A tip is something someone earns because they provided excellent service. Once our order was received, the delivery person rudely said "No tip, nothing?" Again, no one is obligated to give a tip and we would prefer to not be asked rudely to provide one. Lots of careers don't even earn tips, it was greedy, rude and unprofessional.

New plates look outstanding, food looks even better. :)

Went to Swiss Chalet in Aurora for my birthday lunch and was fabulous service! Cindy our server was awesome! She had great customer service! If you ever come to this location make sure to order the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae! Was great! Thank you!

Ridiculous service once again. Went there ordered take out for our Family dinner and my 90yr old Mother. Buns were thrown in a paper bag with hot fries and got all soggy.NO BUTTER NO SOUR CREAM for our baked potatoes. It's not about the money it's about service and you guys continue to drop the ball. Never again - Cara/Recipe your standards have seriously dropped. You should fix what you have before buying any more chains.

Take-out order today was far from acceptable. Wing on quarter chicken was burnt black, and my quarter jerk chicken dark had such a tough skin side it was virtually unchewable. No desire to order there again.

The store is newly renovated which is nice looking but seriously stay away from ordering delivery from here. 3 times. 3 times this delivery has been disgusting. Yesterday got dry chicken HARD BUNS ( I threw it against a plate it Litterally cracked) and the potatoes were sour. And the gravey. So disgusting every time I email them they say “ we don’t know what happened “ I do you’re lazy and don’t want to waste food.

I love this place, food is fabulous and economical! James our waiter is the best waiter ever, he’s been serving us for years and I love him and everyone at this restaurant.

First and last time at Swiss chalet and at this location. Extremely rude and sarcastic server named Cindi. Gave us the impression that if you are not caucasian you don't deserve respect. Manager is equally rude and could care less about customer service or any complaints. Cold food, over cooked and dry fried chicken, burnt fries. Total waste of your time and money.

I go here 4-5 times a year with the wife and kids. Always great experience. Well done Swiss Chalet!

I have visited the store many times and it is excellent, however, I ordered $85 of dinners for my family and the $18.99 stir fry was awful. The rice was very sticky and underneath the veggies that were greasy. I would not order the stir fry again as it certainly wasn’t worth the money. Will stick to the chicken dinners.

You know exactly what you’re going to get here. Server are and the chalet sauce is my secret addiction!

Delicious food. The staff were amazing, one of my kids threw a plate of food on the floor by mistake and they immediately cleaned the mess and replaced the order without extra cost! Excellent place!

The food is always fresh here but the service is horrible. Servers fight over who gets who and the one older lady with curly hair is horrible and rude.

Whoa, bad online order delivery experience.Missing fries and juice box from my order, and it didn't taste very good. My daughter has 3 bites. I too only could stomach 1/3 of my meal the rolls was so stale I didn't even try it. Most of the two meals went into the compost which is sad, I don't often order out. Huge waste of money!!

Every able person (including delivery drivers) use handicap door buttons and freezes the restaurant in the process. Avoid this restaurant during winter months as bone chilling wind comes in with every use of double doors

Order a family pack of chicken cut up and four sides. Got home and only to find the grave opened in the bag and was all over everything. This staff don't care even when you call them. You would think they would offer a replacement...

Decided to have the ribs and chicken with baked potato...dryer than anything I've ever eating. Potato was so burnt and couldnt even chew it. Open it up and no potato left. Must be nice to over cook everything in a microwave. Ribs had no flavor and again, dry. I will never eat here again in my life even if I was starving.

Have not been to a Swiss Chalet for over a year thanks to the so called service at the First Commerce location. Hubby felt like it and we went to this one. It was DELICIOUS. Chicken and fries were fresh and James, our server, was professional.

Great food, super friendly staff!

Spoke to someone over the phone who guaranteed that I could walk in and purchase a FULL pie. When I got there everyone confirmed they have never sold full pies. Needless to say driving out of my way to be told I've been misinformed by an employee (who should be knowledgeable) is not my idea of a good time.

Great little place. Lunch here during the week is awesome.

I like that restaurant, because of the chalet dipping sauce in any type of meal.

Love this place always a great go to. Also love that the staff are so firmilar.

Services was great.

The driver mixed up our orders, we called as soon as we realized the mistake. The driver returned to take the other persons order and gave us a bag that had been torn open and told me that the other customer was angry with ME, and it was my fault. The Swiss Chalet help line told us they would send a new unopened replacement. Long sorry short (4 phone calls, assured multiple times that the order would arrive monetarily) I finally got through to the local store. They told me the driver said he dropped off the replacement already... (WHAT?) and that I could not have a refund but if I insisted I could come get it myself. SO GLAD we tipped... So insane. Totally absurd 2 hour ordeal. Eat anywhere else.

Waiter James was very upbeat and friendly and provided great service.Food was good and he waited for us to finish our Spinach dip before rushing our dinner out so didn't feel rushed. Great guy and great service...we all really enjoyed our dinner.

Very friendly staff. Food was great and amazing portion size. Sadly they were under staffed on my first visit, so the waiter couldn't attend to us very quickly. Will try again though to see how things really are.

Over all good food good service

The service was ok and the food. I didn't like the decor that much, it seemed like lower class than other Swiss chalet restaurant.

Ugh chicken was dry and rock hard. First time eating at any swiss chalet.. thought rotisserie chicken was their signature- embarrassingUpdate: I see a lot of people complaining on here and being asked to fill in a feedback form. Don’t bother people- I actually went ahead and did that. Got a response that I would be contacted in two business days. That was a week ago and I’m still waiting. This is so unprofessional and just plain rude at this point

I come here regularly. Staff here has NEVER been rude. Mistakes are very rarely made but if they are, they are corrected with no fuss and they apologize. The way customer service should be. They have NEVER let me down and I always look forward to my next visit.
